Before you advertise a public event with food, a temporary restaurant license must be obtained and payment received.

APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS PRIOR TO A SINGLE EVENT OR THREE (3) WEEKS BEFORE FARMERS MARKET (OR OTHER SEASONAL EVENT) TO AVOID A LATE FEE. Failure to obtain and pay for a license in a timely manner may result in inability to operate during the event.
