About Us

Tillamook County Community Health Centers (TCCHC) was first designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center in 1994, and has since been providing comprehensive health services including medical, behavioral, and dental care through two traditional clinic sites, one dental clinic, and one mobile clinic unit. In addition, TCCHC has integrated public health and environmental services including such services as home visits, WIC, and water safety inspections.

TCCHC is recognized by Oregon Health Authority as a Patient Centered Primary Care Home. As such, we are dedicated to meeting the comprehensive and complex health needs of our patients and provide low or no cost quality care and excellence.

Through the integration of public health and primary care services offerings, TCCHC aims to address health inequities and provide holistic quality care to all members of our community.
